• Membership credits are valid only for treatments (not redeemable for cash or products)
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not carry over past the expiration date
• Only one guest per visit may enjoy the member’s privileges
• Birthday benefits must be used during the birthday month (with ID proof)
• Advance booking is recommended to ensure preferred therapist and time slot or room
